Congratulations to Christina Graziadei and the Broome Leadership Institute (BLI) Graduating Class of 2022! Broome Leadership Institute is a six month community leadership program, sponsored by the Greater Binghamton Education Outreach Program, an affiliate of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to develop well informed leaders and inspire those committed to making positive contributions to the community.
Christina Graziadei is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Business and Corporate Law and Not for Profit Corporation and Foundation Practice Groups. Her practice includes counseling both for-profit and not-for-profit entities in all aspects of operation, including formation, organization, transactions, contract review, business succession planning, and dissolution.
