Our attorneys handle all aspects of even the most complex Workers’ Compensation and Disability Benefits claims across upstate New York. Our office regularly represents injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in hearings before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, settlement negotiations with opposing counsel, and questions pertaining to medical treatment.

Finance and Real Estate Transactions

In our finance and real estate transactional practice areas, we represent institutional lenders, businesses, and individual clients in the purchase or sale of commercial and residential real estate, as well as preparing and negotiating commercial real estate leases. We also represent clients in restructuring and loan workouts.

Trusts, Estates and Wealth Planning

Our services include drafting wills and trusts, estate planning and the administration of estates.

Criminal/Vehicle and Traffic Law

Attorneys in our Syracuse office have served on various community organizations, including the Board of Trustees of Onondaga Community College, the Board of Regents for LeMoyne College, the Board of Advisors for the Salvation Army, and Christopher Communities. We provide a regular speaker at a career development opportunity program through Syracuse University’s College of Law, and our attorneys participate in a variety of programs through the Onondaga County Bar Association.
