HR Legal Basics – New York Paid Family Leave

New York Paid Family Leave is now fully implemented yet many employers struggle with how it applies. We will cover the law’s requirements:
- how they apply to employees in various situations (including remote work),
- and how they interact with other laws and policies (like FMLA or your call-in policy).
We will also cover intermittent leave and return to work scenarios. Each session will have time for a few scenarios to practice your knowledge and time for your questions.
