Jeffrey A. Jaketic graduated from Broome Leadership Institute – Class of 2019. The Broome Leadership Institute is a community leadership program for business professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Greater Binghamton region.
Jeff is an associate attorney and a member of the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation, Litigation, Labor & Employment and Criminal Defense practice groups. He regularly handles matters involving Workers’ Compensation Law, including the representation of injured workers, businesses, and insurance carriers.
Jeff’s litigation practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, and employment litigation. In this arena, Jeff has significant experience in dealing with breach of contract actions, common law tort cases, civil rights violations, employment issues, and discrimination claims. Jeff also handles criminal defense matters.
