HH&K is pleased to begin our re-opening as part of the NYS Phase 2 guidelines starting today. While we remain fully functional (as we have throughout the COVID shutdown) in both remote-work and on-site capacities, we are beginning the slow process of bringing our personnel back to the office.

The health, safety and well-being of our employees, our attorneys and our clients and friends is of the utmost importance and we are committed to protecting you against COVID-19 when you are visiting our office. We will be approaching our re-opening in a cautions, safety-focused manner. Visitors to our offices can expect the following:

  • Building Entry Screening Questionnaires – all visitors to HH&K offices will be required to complete building entry screening questionnaires each time they enter our offices.

  • Face Masks – All visitors attending meetings or closings in our offices will be expected to wear a face mask while in the office.

  • Social Distancing – All visitors to our office will be asked to practice proper social distancing and limit their presence in the office to their scheduled conference room while in our offices.

The landlords and building managers at our various locations may have additional building entry requirements which HH&K visitors will be asked to adhere to. If you have any questions about Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP’s Re-Opening Safety Plan, please contact our Chief Administrative Officer Stacey Axtell at (607) 723-5341 or your relationship attorney at the firm.
