The SBA has announced that it will resume accepting Paycheck Protection Program applications from participating lenders on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 10:30am EDT. As we have previously advised, if you are looking to receive PPP funding and did not get SBA approval the first time around, you should be talking with your lender immediately (if you have not already done so) to be sure your lender has everything it needs to submit your application to the SBA as soon as possible. The SBA published updated guidance over the weekend on how to calculate PPP loan amounts depending on your type of business, which is available here: https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/How-to-Calculate-Loan-Amounts.pdf.
If you have any questions or require any assistance with the PPP loan program, please reach out to your HH&K attorney.
