Erin’s practice focuses on probate, estate administration and estate planning and she has extensive experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate proceedings. She also advises clients regarding their estate planning needs, establishing a cohesive plan through drafting Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Heath Care Proxies and Trusts. Erin leads a strong and expanding department within Hinman, Howard & Kattell including over 30 attorneys across the firm’s 14 offices.
