Alan Bazzari

Alan Bazzari is Special Counsel at Hinman, Howard, & Kattell and a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group.

Alan focuses his practice on representing injured workers, employers, and insurance carriers in Workers’ Compensation claims.  He is routinely engaged in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation procedure including hearings, trials, depositions, motion practice, and appeals.

He has experience on both sides of the table.  Prior to joining Hinman, Howard, and Kattell, Alan worked for both defense and claimants’ firms. This experience has afforded Alan the knowledge of each sides’ perspectives, and the ability to serve both clients effectively.

After law school, Alan owned and operated a law practice for several years before transitioning into Workers’ Compensation Law. He worked in a variety of practice areas such as litigation, contract, trusts and estates, criminal, and real estate.
