Valery Paul

Valery Paul is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard and Kattell in the Binghamton Office and is a member of our Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning and Guardianship Practice Groups.

For almost 15 years, Valery has worked drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other advanced directives for a wide array of clients. He has also represented clients in Surrogate’s Court proceedings and guardianship proceedings and advised fiduciaries regarding estate matters.

Valery has worked with a variety of clients from different backgrounds from all over New York State. At the beginning of his career, Valery worked in the Elder Law Clinic for the CUNY School of Law working with senior citizens in New York City. Later, he worked as a solo practitioner and then formed a partnership in the Riverdale section of the Bronx working with clientele from new families, middle income to high net worth clientele. Before joining Hinman, Howard and Kattell, he assisted city and rural senior clients in Onondaga County and Jefferson County. Valery’s broad experience enable him to effectively understand and meet the unique needs of clients from all backgrounds.
