Marina was sworn in to practice in New York State on Thursday, January 17th.

Marina is an associate attorney at the firm’s Binghamton office and a member of the Litigation practice group. The Litigation group provides counsel in a robust variety of litigation matters and industries, including complex commercial litigation, employment, construction, real estate and medical malpractice defense. The Litigation group comprehensively represents clients in all phases of litigation and many venues, including civil trials, municipal proceedings, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Ms. Resciniti received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. In law school, Ms. Resciniti served as an intern at the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York and as a Judicial Extern in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York for the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy. Through Syracuse University College of Law’s Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism, Ms. Resciniti received a fellowship to study abroad in Israel at IDC Herzliya’s International Institute for Counter-Terrorism where she received an Executive Certificate in Counter-Terrorism Studies.

Before law school, Ms. Resciniti attended the University of Scranton and received her B.S. in Political Science. Ms. Resciniti also served as an intern in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Michael J. Barrasse.

Ms. Resciniti is a native of Binghamton, New York and an alumna of Binghamton High School. Ms. Resciniti is thrilled to return to her hometown and looks forward to giving back to the Greater Binghamton community.
