Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP and the Breakell Law Firm, P.C. are pleased to announce the merger of the Breakell Law Firm, P.C. with Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP effective February 1, 2019.
The Breakell Law firm is extremely pleased to announce this merger of Law Practices and the expanded services it will provide to their respective clients in the capital district and throughout New York State, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The joining of these law practices will expand the geographical reach for both firms and will build upon the diverse practice areas developed by HH&K since 1901.
The Breakell Law Firm currently serves as General Counsel to the Northeast Subcontractors Association and the NYS Concrete Masonry Association. They are also members of Eastern Contractors Association and Associated General Contractors of New York State. Walter G. Breakell has forty years’ legal experience in construction law, commercial litigation and service as a mediator and arbitrator in complex construction disputes. The additional members of the firm, Paul C. Marthy and Matthew J. Beck, contribute 30 more years of expertise in these fields as well as commercial transactions.
