Donald R. Stacey

Donald Stacey is Special Counsel in Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Corporate and Securities and General Business Representation practice groups. Don has many years of law firm and private business experience, including as general counsel and senior vice president for a national equipment finance company and chief operating officer and legal counsel for a software development company.

Don’s practice encompasses a range of business law matters, including advising clients on acquisitions and exit strategies and transactions; entity formation; shareholder, partnership and operating agreements; debt and equity financings; commercial real estate; business taxation; copyright and trademark protection; and software development and licensing transactions and programs.
