Carl T. Williams

Carl T. Williams is a member in Hinman, Howard and Kattell’s Commercial Litigation and Construction Law practice groups. Carl has over eighteen years of experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions. Carl concentrates his practice in litigation and is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trials, mediation, arbitration, receiverships and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Carl has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of corporate and business disputes, including litigation involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts and deceptive trade practice claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, misappropriation of trade secrets, labor and employment actions, non-compete agreements, defamation actions, and construction defect litigation.

Carl is also a fourth generation Floridian and Palm Beach County native. His great-grandfather, Henry J. Sterling, was one of the earliest pioneers of southern Palm Beach County after buying land from Henry M. Flagler and was a founder of the area in the late 1800s that became Delray Beach. Carl is also an honorably discharged veteran having served four tours of duty in the Persian Gulf.
