David G. Armstrong is special counsel at Hinman, Howard & Kattell. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate and Tax Planning and Estate Administration for Florida residents.

Mr. Armstrong has been certified by the Florida Bar Association as a specialist in Wills, Trusts, and Estates since the first year the certification was offered, in 1986.

He is a member of the Rotary Club of Delray Beach, where he served on the Board of Directors, and was its Past President: 2006-2007.
