Christopher L. Roma is an associate at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP and a member of the Business and Corporate law and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Mr. Roma’s Business and Corporate Practice involves counseling businesses of all sizes on a wide range of matters. This includes helping clients form and organize business entities, assisting existing businesses with commercial financing agreements and drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts. Mr. Roma has acted as general counsel to LLCs and Corporations and regularly assists clients with respect to day to day management and operations of their businesses. As a member of the mergers and acquisitions team, Mr. Roma has experience performing due diligence and negotiating and drafting documents for complex business transactions.

Mr. Roma’s commercial litigation practice is primarily focused on representing and counseling his business clients with respect to contract disputes, commercial leases and pursuing these claims through litigation.

Prior to joining HH&K, Mr. Roma received his Bachelor’s Degree from Binghamton University in 2010. He received his law degree in 2014 from Pace University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Case Note & Comment Editor of the PACE LAW REVIEW.

Born and raised in Endicott, New York, Mr. Roma has been an active member in the local business community since he first worked for his grandfather at Jim Roma’s Bakery more than 15 years ago. Dedicated to serving the Endicott and greater Binghamton communities, Mr. Roma currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Western Broome and The Mercy House of the Southern Tier.  Mr. Roma also serves as an attorney advisor for the Susquehanna Valley Mock Trial Team. Mr. Roma is an active member of St. Anthony’s of Padua church, serving as a lector and volunteering at the St. Anthony’s Learning Center.
